  • How do I sign up for an event?

    Click on any event that has REGISTER NOW.

  • Where do I get information regarding the race route, race kit collections and etc?

    You may refer to the individual event site for all information. The organizer will email or update if there are changes made or update on the event information before event day.

  • Can I make any changes to my personal details before the race?

    Yes. You can change but advisable to email us at info@twoz26.com for any personal details changes.

    Participants will be unable to change the T-shirt size 3 weeks before event day. Below details are not able to change after confirmation of registration:
    • Race Category,
    • Date of Birth,
    • NRIC and Gender

  • How will I know if my registration is successful?

    You will receive an email upon your successful registration.

    You can print your confirmation slip and bring the confirmation slip along during race pack collection.

  • How Do I Make Payment?

    We only accept payment via our Online Payment Gateway Partner, ipay88.com. No manual payments will be accept.

  • Can I change the race categories after confirmation of my registration?

    No changes can be made

  • Can I withdraw or get a refund after the confirmation of my registration?

    All entries are not refundable

  • Can I transfer or defer the participation?

    All entries are not transferable and not-deferrable

  • If I am a foreigner (non-Malaysian citizen), what are the regulations from the immigration department in participating events in Malaysia?

    You are responsible to make all the necessary travel arrangements, obtaining all entry, exit, health and other relevant documents. Please contact applicable Consulate or Embassy for these requirements.

    As per the new requirement from the Immigration Department, please state in the Disembarking Visitor Card the purpose of your visit to Malaysia is to participate in the particular event registered.

  • Do I get an email to confirm?

    A successful registration, you will receive an email with the registration code. You will also receive and email from ipay88 confirming your payment.

  • Is the payment gateway secure?

    The security of the payment gateway is under iPay88 & Paypal. iPay88 & Paypal has been approved by Bank Negara to operate an e-money business. Any inquiries on the security of the payment gateway, please contact iPay88 Customer Support or through Bank Negara, BNMLINK and BNMTELELINK.

    As part of the regulations in Malaysia, Justonlineregistration.com DO NOT keep any records of payment details such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers or any pin codes

  • Can I sign up more than one runner with the same email address?

    Yes, you can sign up for more than 1 runner with the same email address.

    However, the same IC no or Passport may not be eligible to sign up on the same event and category. This rule will apply on event-by-event basis based on the organiser’s requirements.
